What to bring with you
Photo I.D/Proof of Date of Birth – Passport, Pass Card, Photo Driving Licence, IND (ARC) Card OR Birth Certificate and completed application with a verified photo by a photo referee.
Proof of Address in your name (within last 3 months) – bank statement, letter from school/college.
Evidence of attending your school if you reside outside the Glasgow boundary.
